Role Overview

The Product Owner will oversee a product roadmap and manage daily operations, project execution, and risk mitigation. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, data—to develop user-favored features, maintain alignment with senior leadership, and ensure the end-to-end success of assigned products from inception through launch and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish team objectives, performance indicators, and product roadmaps aligned with overarching company goals.
• Leverage data analysis, market research, and strategic insight to maximize product impact.
• Fully oversee product lifecycle including ideation, development, release, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work in partnership with Design and UX teams to define seamless customer journeys and deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to guarantee timely and effective product delivery.
• Collaborate with other organizational stakeholders like Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure holistic product success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years in a high-growth technology company or finance-related sector such as payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance.
• At least two years of demonstrated success managing consumer-focused mobile products.
• One year or more experience in a leadership role managing personnel.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong appreciation for excellent UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• High analytical capability paired with business acumen to prioritize initiatives based on return on investment.
• Proven experience defining and advocating a clear product vision with leadership, customers, and partners.
• Experience driving end-to-end product development and launching features from scratch.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments while delivering measurable results.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a top-ranked university is advantageous.
