Location & Work Schedule
This position is based in the Vancouver office, with a hybrid work schedule centered around being office-present on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remote work is generally permitted on Wednesdays, and Fridays' remote eligibility depends on work type and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the comprehensive GTM strategy, closely integrating with the campaigns team to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Create and sustain messaging and positioning that highlights how new applications address enterprise challenges and meet the needs of technical users.
- Lead impactful product launches ranging from major releases to incremental feature updates that drive market interest.
- Produce high-quality enablement resources such as battlecards, sales decks, and customer success stories to empower Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Serve as the liaison among Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure alignment of product-market fit and roadmap priorities.
- Use data analytics and client feedback to refine messaging and proactively discover growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over 8 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B technology sector, preferably in SaaS.
- Demonstrates strong technical understanding of software development, engaging effectively with developers and engineering leaders, and translating technical features into value-driven narratives.
- Exhibits a strategic mindset for growth with a proven ability to scale products early-stage to mass adoption, well-versed in both PLG and SLG approaches.
- Has an intuitive product insight, enjoys exploring new tools, and excels at simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Experienced collaborator, skilled in working with Product teams to align market needs with development roadmaps.
- Shows enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, committed to leveraging them to improve productivity and collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is CAD 156,000 to 186,000 annually, adjusted based on market conditions and candidate qualifications. Additional compensation may include equity, sales incentives (where applicable), and comprehensive benefits.
