Role Overview

The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping innovative web and mobile experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This includes contributing to new partner integrations in the insurance benefits space, working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment applying data-driven, user-centric, and agile methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intelligent, data-backed product strategies.
• Discover new value-adding opportunities for users through research and market analysis.
• Manage requirement gathering, product discovery, and delivery alongside design and development teams, ensuring problems are effectively solved.
• Collaborate with UX designers to conduct user research and utilize findings to enhance product intuitiveness and simplicity.
• Rapidly identify and troubleshoot live product issues, skillfully analyze information, and design alternative solutions.
• Lead integration efforts with third-party partners when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience managing B2C products, preferably in e-commerce, with proven results.
• Proficient with agile development methodologies.
• Strong user experience design skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation; proactive in pursuing growth and opportunities.
• Data-savvy, balancing creative and analytical thinking.
• Detail-oriented multitasker, comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) for product discovery and problem-solving is a plus.
• Ability to take leadership roles within the company.
• Positive, organized, creative, and driven personality.
