Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to enhance and evolve our product experience at STAN AI, the leading provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, servicing over 2.5 million homes across North America. This role involves working closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and other teams to deliver impactful features while translating customer insights into clear product initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of product features, including creating product requirements documents (PRDs), drafting user stories, coordinating product launches, and evaluating outcomes.
• Engage regularly with users through interviews and feedback sessions to extract qualitative and quantitative insights that guide the product roadmap.
• Collaborate tightly with engineers and customer success teams via daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and assist with roadmap planning in alignment with product leadership direction.
• Leverage product analytics tools to track feature performance, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous product improvement.
• Work with engineering for quality assurance and release validation to guarantee a superior user experience upon launch.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology sectors, demonstrating successful feature delivery that resonates with users.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving startup environments with a hands-on approach to tackling diverse tasks.
• Proficient in utilizing product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker to support data-informed decision-making.
• An eye for intuitive UI/UX design and aptitude for collaborating with designers to create seamless user interfaces.
• Basic technical understanding to engage meaningfully with developers and grasp engineering trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear PRDs, updating stakeholders effectively, and uniting team members around product goals.
• Strong team orientation, receptive to direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a positive product culture.
