Product Manager - AI-Powered Observability Platform

A leading company in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development and advancement of an AI-driven observability platform tailored for modern engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

• Establish product objectives, success criteria, and strategic focus areas for AI-related features, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional groups.
• Manage the end-to-end product roadmap, from concept to release, delivering features that enhance developer efficiency and system reliability.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and implementation efforts while ensuring harmony among engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other teams.
• Lead the creation of autonomous AI functionalities, defining operational behaviors for AI agents to build user confidence in production settings.
• Continuously engage with customers, including engineering and site reliability teams, to identify challenges, validate ideas, and refine product direction.
• Support business growth through involvement in pricing, packaging, customer engagement, technical demos, and facilitating enterprise adoption.
• Serve as an external representative of the product at client meetings, industry gatherings, and through thought leadership endeavors.
• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver an exceptional user experience that balances innovation, ease of use, and commercial impact.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in product management with a history of delivering impactful results and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in creating and releasing AI, machine learning, large language model, or software products that operate in production, with insight into model accuracy, evaluation processes, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to align diverse groups around a unified vision.
• Strong product intuition and ability to develop intuitive, trustworthy user experiences for complex technical offerings.
• Customer-centric approach with confidence in conducting discovery sessions, product showcases, and participating in technical sales dialogues.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with considerable ownership and self-direction.
• Practical experience with AI tools and enthusiasm to continuously learn in fast-changing technical fields.
• Familiarity with observability platforms, incident response, developer utilities, or cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Experience related to agent frameworks, evaluation methodologies, AI orchestration, context engineering, or automation software is a plus.
• Knowledge of usage-based pricing structures, enterprise sales processes, and product-driven growth strategies is beneficial.
