Our products often venture into uncharted territory without clear examples to follow. We seek skilled product managers who excel in guiding teams through uncertainty, making strategic choices, and transforming ambitious concepts into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of significant product initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and research teams from initial exploration to product launch.
• Develop detailed product specifications, manage backlogs, and ensure steady progress on projects.
• Facilitate team processes such as planning sessions, daily standups, reviews, and interdepartmental communications.
• Enable informed decision-making through user experience research and in-depth use of Midjourney's platform.
• Investigate complex product challenges by conducting user research, designing experiments, and weighing trade-offs.
• Support prioritization to balance quality, scope, and delivery speed effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in crafting software that garners user appreciation and engagement.
• Adept at implementing organizational structure without hindering team agility.
• Comfortable both writing product documentation and engaging with users or evaluating prototypes.
• Open to flexible viewpoints with the focus on product success over personal validation.
• Familiarity integrating tools such as Claude Code and Cursor into workflows.
• Motivated to build pioneering products without predefined guidelines.
• Values teamwork over individual ego.

• Position Type: Full-time
• Location: San Francisco (Hybrid onsite arrangement)
• Compensation Package: Annual salary range from $185,000 to $225,000 plus benefits
