Internship Role Overview
This role is for a Product Management Intern to support the product team in various facets of product development. The intern will conduct market research, analyze user feedback, prepare product documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through launch. This position is a non-stipend, on-site internship lasting three months with potential conversion to full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed market and competitive research to inform product decisions.
- Collect, document, and analyze user feedback to guide enhancements.
- Create clear and structured user stories and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Monitor project timelines and manage backlog prioritization.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product development alignment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes or agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Jira, Trello, or Figma is advantageous.
Additional Information
This internship is on-site (work from office) with no stipend provided. Duration is three months. Exceptional performance could lead to a full-time employment offer from Star Health Insurance.
