About the Role
SBH Fashion is seeking an organized and meticulous Product Development Coordinator to assist in managing our expanding product line within the pet products segment. This role is vital in ensuring efficient progression of products from ideas through to market launch, under the direction of the Product Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product development timelines from concept approval through to production and launch phases.
- Handle tracking of samples, manage revisions, approvals, and track production milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive product specifications, cost documentation, and packaging details.
- Communicate effectively with international manufacturers concerning schedules, quality requirements, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, quality assurance, compliance, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure consistent alignment.
- Monitor project critical paths and proactively address any potential delays.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in product development, sourcing, or supply chain management within the consumer goods sector.
- Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturers, ideally with sourcing from Asia.
- Demonstrable strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with product documentation systems.
- High attention to detail and dependable task completion.
- Capability to juggle multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
Salary
The position offers a salary range between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.
