Role overview
FEIZO DESIGN is seeking a detail-focused, results-oriented Purchase Executive/Procurement Officer to join its Riyadh team in Saudi Arabia. The position is centered on interior fit-out and construction purchasing, with responsibility for managing procurement activities that keep projects aligned with schedules, budgets, and required specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sourcing and purchasing for fit-out materials, surface finishes, MEP items, FF&E, and joinery components.
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best combination of quality and value.
- Draft LPOs, handle BOQ-based quotation processing, and keep procurement timelines up to date.
- Create and maintain an organized supplier database, including performance tracking and evaluation benchmarks.
- Work closely with project, design, and site teams to avoid delays or interruptions in the supply chain.
- Track market price movement and look for practical opportunities to reduce costs.
- Make sure every purchase follows project requirements, delivery schedules, and quality expectations.
Candidate profile
- The ideal applicant has at least 5 years of purchasing experience in interior fit-out and/or construction; this requirement is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of fit-out materials is essential, including joinery, flooring, wall finishes, FF&E, and MEP products.
- Proven negotiation ability with a record of delivering cost savings is expected.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, in speaking and writing, is required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are needed for coordination across multiple functions.
- Comfort with MS Excel, procurement tracking tools, and ERP platforms is preferred.
- Applicants should already be based in Saudi Arabia or be ready to relocate immediately.
