Processing Officer - 3 Shift Options at NZ Post

Role Overview

Join NZ Post as a Processing Officer working at our Strathallan Street facility in Dunedin. This 12-month fixed-term position involves sorting, consolidating, and dispatching parcels and freight, preparing them for delivery across New Zealand. Three different shift patterns are available to suit your schedule, including opportunities to act as Charge Hand and progress towards supervisory roles.

Shift Details

• Shift 1: Sunday midnight to 7am; Tuesday and Wednesday 4:30am to 7am; Saturday 4am to 7am
• Shift 2: Sunday 9am to 1:45pm (Charge Hand duties); Monday 3:30am to 7am; Tuesday 4:30am to 7am
• Shift 3: Sunday 1:30pm to 6pm (Charge Hand duties); Wednesday to Friday 4:30am to 10am

Compensation

The role offers a base pay of $26.75 per hour plus an additional night rate allowance for hours worked until 6am.
