Role Overview

Join our Specialty Products team in Eagle Farm as a Process Worker engaged in producing aluminium castings and operating vital manufacturing machinery. This hands-on position offers comprehensive training, no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce aluminium castings by pouring molten metal into cast iron moulds.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet stringent standards.
• Preserve mould quality by applying release agents and managing furnace conditions.
• Operate machinery efficiently and safely both independently and collaboratively.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in metal casting or foundry work advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Physically capable of handling hot and heavy materials safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and a cooperative team member.
• Dedicated to maintaining health and safety regulations.
