Position overview
This is a permanent full-time role based in Wingfield, South Australia. The shift runs during the day, from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the hourly rate is $34.03. You’ll be provided with full training, work uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
What you’ll be doing
- Direct industrial liquid waste to the appropriate treatment or handling systems.
- Run and observe processing machinery to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.
- Collect liquid samples as part of site checks and processing requirements.
- Load and unload packaged waste, bulk liquids, and oils.
- Move liquid material from collection containers as required.
- Carry out general labouring tasks across the site.
What you’ll need
- A current C-class driver’s licence.
- A valid forklift licence.
- Previous experience operating machinery in an industrial setting.
- Exposure to processing facilities or wastewater treatment environments will be an advantage.
- Basic mechanical awareness and hands-on aptitude.
