Role Overview
We are seeking a Process and Improvement Manager to spearhead transformation and continuous enhancements within our Auditing Services team, based in either Auckland or Christchurch. This position is integral to supporting New Zealand's primary industries through world-class auditing, inspection, and certification services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the auditing scheduling team by optimizing workflows and improving efficiency utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Enhance commercial outcomes through insightful analysis and refining processes.
- Mentor and inspire the team to cultivate a culture centered on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions that strengthen customer trust and generate sustained value.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in process or continuous improvement roles.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and workflow optimization techniques.
- Experienced in managing change initiatives and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- A proactive and analytical problem-solving approach focused on delivering customer value.
