About the Role
Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a skilled Private Banker to join their Albany Partners Centre, focusing on servicing high-net-worth clients. This role emphasizes building and enriching trusted client relationships through customized banking solutions aligned with their personal, business, and wealth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, enhancing experience and fostering ongoing client loyalty.
- Engage regularly with clients, prospects, and advocates through meaningful conversations to sustain and deepen relationships, reveal new opportunities, and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Deliver integrated banking solutions, including core banking, investments, lending, and foreign currency services tailored to each client’s broader financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and networks to optimize client outcomes and grow business acquisition potential by developing robust market advocate networks and referral channels.
Required Attributes
- Proven experience in banking, particularly in cultivating tailored financial solutions and building strong customer relationships.
- Commercially savvy, confident in a competitive relationship-driven environment, naturally inquisitive and knowledgeable about industry trends.
- Preferably experienced with high-net-worth clientele but open to candidates with a record of meaningful customer engagement and opportunity identification.
