Principal Consultant for Business Processes in SAP Finance AI

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery, strategy, and innovation workshops tailored to Finance AI solutions.
• Drive proof-of-concept projects showcasing new AI capabilities within SAP Finance.
• Architect and prototype innovative Finance AI scenarios leveraging SAP technologies.
• Manage architecture transformation services for high-profile global clients and projects.
• Serve as Solution Architect on complex SAP transformation engagements, ensuring smooth delivery and quality assurance.
• Utilize SAP Integrated Toolchain tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, Walkme, and BTP throughout all project stages.
• Resolve critical customer issues during go-live and production phases within your expertise.
• Support customers and partners during design and build, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and mitigating risks associated with excessive customizations.
• Align with SAP product teams on roadmap updates to guide client implementations and upgrades.
• Mentor and train team members to support knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Assist sales teams in promoting the MaxSuccess service portfolio.
• Apply technical programming and debugging skills as required in specific cases.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven project-level experience deploying S/4HANA Finance, including conversions, new implementations, or selective data migrations.
• Demonstrated success as an Architect in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Proficiency in developing scenarios utilizing SAP AI technologies and Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
• Experience in deploying and creating AI agents within SAP Finance.
• Knowledge across multiple FSCM modules or expertise in Central Finance within S/4HANA.
• Strong background in Group Reporting and related modules; additional SAP FICO or FSCM experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SAP Dispute Resolution Management (DRC) is advantageous.
• Skills in ABAP programming or debugging;
• Experience with SAP IMS or development teams is a plus.
• Educational background with an Honours Degree in IT, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with valid EU work authorization.
