Presentation Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Designer to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. This role entails developing on-brand, strategic presentation materials including sales sheets, templates for business development, and sales training aids. You will be responsible for delivering strong conceptual insights paired with meticulous visual executions while staying closely attuned to industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and brand-aligned presentations to support sales and business initiatives.
• Apply conceptual thinking to design visuals that effectively communicate complex information.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all design deliverables.
• Monitor competitor presentations and current design trends to enhance presentation quality.
• Manage time efficiently to meet all project deadlines.
• Maintain a collaborative and positive work attitude with a sense of humor and adaptability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years professional experience specializing in presentation graphic design.
• Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides platforms.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Competent with Figma for translating concepts into visual designs.
• Adept at simplifying complex ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals.
• Experience in technology sectors including hardware and software.
• Background in web design.
• Degree in a design-related field.
• Creative and original thinker capable of initiative and independent work ethic.
• English proficiency at or above B1 level.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience using AI design tools such as Claude Design.

Work Environment
