Pre Sales Consultant

Job Overview

We seek an energetic and client-oriented On-Site Pre-Sales Consultant to engage with walk-in customers, oversee lead management, and coordinate site visits. This role involves presenting detailed information about projects to potential buyers, fostering interest, and aiding the sales team to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Primary Duties

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the site office.
• Clearly explain project specifics, pricing structures, amenities, and payment options.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-ups.
• Arrange and schedule site visits for interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up logs using CRM or equivalent software.
• Establish strong rapport with prospective clients and respond to their inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversions and closures.
• Ensure clients experience exceptional service during site visits.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for lead generation and site visits.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable making calls, engaging clients, and conducting follow-ups.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM platforms.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
