About the hotel

Leonardo Limited Edition brings together distinctive properties, each with its own character and story. The Badischer Hof – Limited Edition by Leonardo Hotels is scheduled to open in summer 2025 in Baden-Baden. The historic yet modern hotel will feature 153 stylish rooms and suites, an elegant à-la-carte restaurant, a design-forward bar with a terrace in the garden, and four boardrooms for events. Guests will also enjoy a spacious spa area with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, and fitness studio.

Your mission

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Escort guests to their rooms or suites
• Handle valet parking duties
• Share clear and helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Use strong local knowledge to suggest attractions, sightseeing spots, and activities
• Support the team flexibly so each guest stay runs smoothly
• Say goodbye to guests in a friendly and attentive manner

Your profile

• You bring genuine personality and authenticity to the role
• Initial experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred
• You are positive, enjoy working with people, and like being part of a team
• You have good German and English language skills
• You have a strong hospitality mindset
• A valid Class B driving license is required

This position is part of the opening team for a new hotel scheduled for summer 2025. The workplace is on-site in Baden-Baden, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
