About Porsche Pro Role

The Porsche Pro plays a crucial role in welcoming customers and ensuring a remarkable experience when they pick up their new or preowned Porsche vehicle. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cars and technology with a flair for sales and customer service, as it involves guiding Porsche owners on the full capabilities and features of their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Porsche ownership journey by acting as the dealership’s product authority before, during, and after the sale process.
- Conduct tailored vehicle delivery sessions to inform customers about vehicle functionalities, performance, Porsche Connect services, driver assistance features, and personalization options.
- Establish and maintain meaningful long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and ongoing ownership support.
- Assist potential buyers during the sales process by showcasing vehicle features and technology, while supporting sales consultants as necessary.
- Stay up to date on Porsche product lines, model updates, connected technologies, accessories, and charging solutions through ongoing training and certification.
- Organize and manage delivery appointments, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and customized prior to customer arrival.
- Participate in dealership events such as vehicle launches, driving experiences, owner clinics, and customer appreciation events to deepen customer engagement with the brand.
- Keep precise records of deliveries, client communications, and follow-ups, working closely with Sales, Service, and Parts teams to guarantee a seamless ownership experience.
Candidate Requirements
- A strong passion for Porsche, automotive performance, and luxury customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex technological concepts.
- A refined and professional demeanor combined with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
- Ability to learn about and convey advanced vehicle technologies, connected services, and digital applications.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail for coordinating multiple deliveries and client interactions.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional growth and learning.
- Preferred experience in luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, customer service, product training, or client relationship management.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
