About the Role and Our Client
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading technology company in the MENA region that is rapidly expanding and spearheading complex digital transformation projects. They manage major, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives that demand top-tier operational governance and flawless execution.
Position Summary
This critical role within a centralized corporate PMO involves overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The PMO Manager will be the driving force behind implementing governance frameworks, monitoring intricate cross-functional timelines, and converting detailed technical and commercial project data into clear executive-level insights for senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, standardize, and enforce robust program management frameworks and tracking metrics across a wide range of strategic enterprise and technology projects.
- Continuously observe project dependencies, key milestones, and resource use, proactively addressing and mitigating risks to successful delivery.
- Prepare concise, high-level dashboards and briefs that synthesize complex project updates and commercial data for the executive leadership team.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with global technical partners, vendor leaders, and internal business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Professional experience of 4 to 8 years, preferably divided between a leading management consulting firm or Big 4 Advisory and an enterprise-level PMO within a fast-growing corporate, technology or digital transformation environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a quantitatively focused business discipline from a top-tier worldwide university. Certifications such as PMP or Agile are advantageous.
- Expertise in advanced project management tools, portfolio tracking solutions, and executive-level data visualization platforms including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Exceptional ability to think structurally, strong emotional intelligence for navigating complex matrix organizations, and meticulous attention to operational detail.
