Job description
Role Overview
Join our permanent delivery team as a Picker/Driver based in Great Yarmouth. The position involves driving a van combined with picking duties to support efficient delivery operations and ensure excellent customer service. A valid full driving license is required to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
- Inspect product quality and shelf life, ensuring all packaging is sturdy and suitable for delivery.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient processing and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with delivery staff, addressing queries and complaints courteously and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Load stock onto vehicles at the branch and unload at customer locations, ensuring all accompanying paperwork is correctly completed.

- A positive 'can do' attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Punctuality and professional presentation in all working hours.
- Possession of a valid full driving license.
