Overview
Urgent hiring for Picker / Packer positions with leading grocery delivery services including Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Immediate joining is available. Multiple openings in various locations with attractive salary packages and benefits.
Job Locations and Shift Details
- Swiggy Instamart: Locations include Jagatpura, Mansarovar, Nirman Nagar, Krishna Nagar, and Lalrapura. Only fixed evening (2 PM–11 PM) and night (11 PM–8 AM) shifts are available, morning shifts are not offered.
- Blinkit: Roles based in Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaisinghpura, Jhai Asihna, Omi City, Mansarovar (Hans Vihar), Sindhi Camp, Kalyanpura, Sanjay Nagar, Raja Park, and other broader cities including Gurugram, Noida, and Bengaluru. Shifts rotate among morning, evening, and night, each lasting 9 hours, with 4 weekly off days per month.
- Zepto: Positions in JLN Marg, Malviya Nagar, Shipra Path (Mansarovar), Nirman Nagar, Railway Colony (Jagatpura), and Udaipur. Fixed shifts are available morning, evening and night, with 9-hour duty hours.
Salary and Benefits
- Swiggy Instamart offers ₹12,500 in-hand monthly salary, ₹1,000 attendance bonus, plus ₹2,000 towards PF and ESI, totaling ₹15,000 CTC.
- Blinkit pays ₹14,000 in-hand salary with ₹2,000 contributions towards PF and ESI, and performance incentives, totaling between ₹16,000 to ₹17,000 CTC.
- Zepto's compensation includes ₹13,000 in-hand salary, ₹1,000 attendance bonus, up to ₹4,000 performance bonus, along with PF and ESI benefits, with a total CTC up to ₹20,000.
