About Us

Role Overview
The Home Health Physical Therapist offers tailored rehabilitation care at patients' residences, addressing individual needs in the comfort of their daily environment. This position involves traveling to diverse locations and maintaining flexible work hours to best serve our clients.
Work Schedule and Location
The work hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, based in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Certifications such as CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), or American Heart Association (AHA) credentials may be necessary based on employer or jurisdiction requirements.
- Proficient in assessing patients and delivering effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients and their caregivers.
- Ability to operate independently within a home health care setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home health regulations, safety standards, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Demonstrates sound professional judgment, emotional stability, and compassion.
Work Environment
Physical therapists in this role work primarily in patients’ homes, offering personalized therapy that integrates the patient’s living conditions. The position requires travel to different patient locations and accommodates flexible scheduling.
