Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in the UAE is for a Personal Trainer who can create and run one-to-one and small-group workout sessions. The role involves evaluating each client’s current fitness level, building customized training plans that reflect their goals, and guiding them through safe and effective exercise routines.
Key Duties
- Plan and conduct personalized as well as small-group training sessions.
- Assess clients’ fitness baselines and set practical program targets.
- Develop workout plans that match individual goals and progress levels.
- Demonstrate correct exercise form and technique during sessions.
- Track client improvement and revise programs when needed.
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and well-managed training environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in personal training and fitness coaching, including the design and delivery of effective exercise sessions.
- Hands-on experience with circuit-style workouts and sports coaching for diverse client needs.
- Working knowledge of nutrition fundamentals to support practical fitness guidance.
- Valid personal training or fitness certification from an accredited local or international body.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to inspire clients from varied backgrounds.
- Previous experience in a gym or studio setting is an advantage; familiarity with Dubai’s fitness market is also beneficial.
