About the Role
We seek an energetic and versatile Personal Assistant to serve as a vital partner to two key Directors, not merely providing support but proactively managing complex schedules and business logistics in a fast-moving environment. Based in Dublin City Centre, this hybrid position requires three days in the office and two days remote work.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage highly complex diaries and act as gatekeeper to Directors' time by swiftly triaging numerous incoming communications to protect their focus.
- Plan and coordinate significant events, ranging from executive board meetings to large assemblies hosting up to 500 participants.
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans locally and internationally, including detailed itineraries and managing expense reports.
- Support executive preparedness by organizing essential documentation, creating presentation materials, and recording key meeting actions.
- Oversee office communications technologies and conferencing tools to ensure smooth collaboration and connectivity within the executive team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in a personal assistant role working in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities with resilience and high learning agility.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to professionally represent Directors and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to onsite training initially to build strong team integration and collaboration.

Employment Details
