About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a US-based workforce. The role requires someone who is highly accurate, comfortable working with payroll systems, and able to handle permanent night-shift timing aligned to the US schedule.
What You’ll Do
The position focuses on payroll processing and related coordination tasks, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and working knowledge of payroll software.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to data handling.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Readiness to work permanent US night shifts.
- US payroll exposure will be considered an advantage.

Candidates with any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The stated pay range is INR 2,04,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.

This role is based in Nizamabad, India.
