Overview
Esnad Contracting is hiring a Payroll Specialist to handle payroll operations for its construction and project locations in Riyadh.
What you will do
- Run monthly payroll for both site-based and office employees.
- Check and validate attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances sent from project teams.
- Work closely with project managers to make sure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
- Keep employee payroll records current and maintain proper documentation.
- Respond to employee questions about pay, deductions, and financial entitlements.
- Make sure payroll activities follow company policies and local labor requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of payroll experience.
- Background in construction, contracting, or other project-based organizations is required.
- Good knowledge of site payroll elements such as field allowances, overtime, shifts, and attendance systems.
- Experience managing monthly payroll cycles accurately and within deadlines.
- Understanding of labor regulations, end-of-service calculations, and employee benefits/entitlements.
- Strong accuracy and the ability to manage large data sets.
