About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to become the leading expert responsible for managing all payroll operations at Vintage.com. This role covers complete ownership of UK payroll processing, alongside a significant role liaising with international payroll teams, especially in the EU, with scope for overseeing payroll as the business grows into new territories.

  • Oversee statutory payment processing and ensure full compliance with UK legislation (SMP, SPP, SSP).
  • Lead payroll setup, vendor onboarding, and process development for new countries entering the payroll scope.
