Responsibilities
- Crafting fine pastry items such as cakes, tortes, and pastries based on established recipes
- Creative decoration and refinement of baked goods with a focus on high quality
- Preparing fillings, glazes, and creams for sweet highlights
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards during production
- Participating in the development of seasonal and custom specialty products
Qualifications
- Completed training as a pastry chef (Konditor) or equivalent qualification
