Lotte Duty Free Singapore is hiring a part-time Product Support Assistant in Singapore. The role supports daily stock movement, inventory handling, and store fulfilment tasks across the retail and back-end operations area.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming stock and deliveries and help keep all incoming goods moving through the process smoothly.
- Support the transfer and return of outbound stock.
- Make sure all paperwork connected to inventory movement is accurate and properly maintained.
- Send duty-free orders to departure gate holding rooms before gate closure for travellers.
- Help organise and store inventory in the back-end storage area or office.
- Replenish stock displays in the stores when needed.
- Assist with IShop Changi order fulfilment by picking and packing items.
- Take on other duties assigned by supervisors or retail managers as required.
Requirements
- Comfortable handling heavy items and carton boxes.
- Well organised and self-driven.
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Available to commit for 2 months.
- Open to shift-based working hours.
