Role Overview
This full-time role, Monday through Friday, focuses on ensuring optimal stock levels and supporting the in-store visual merchandising team. You will play a vital role in maintaining an organized and safe stockroom, collaborating with couriers for smooth stock reception, assisting with moving stock to the shop floor, conducting stock takes and inventory management, and establishing strong communication with the planning team to address any concerns. Keeping the customer experience as a priority is essential throughout your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized stockroom housing all products to facilitate easy access.
- Liaise with couriers to ensure accurate and efficient receipt of stock.
- Support the store team by bringing stock from the stockroom to aid in visual merchandising efforts.
- Carry out regular stock takes and manage inventory data accurately.
- Develop strong working relationships with the planning team to promptly report issues.
- Always prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience with stock control in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- Physically capable of lifting stock items up to 10 kilograms.
