About the Role
Join a cutting-edge applied AI company specializing in high-impact decision-making through large-scale data analysis. Currently, our system is operational within major North American insurance carriers, specifically tackling the complexities of claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate insurance claims by leveraging open data sources alongside Owl’s AI technology.
- Input investigative findings logically through our internal platform to maintain workflow consistency.
- Evaluate external claimant datasets for accuracy, completeness, and overall data quality.
- Optimize time and resource management to consistently produce valuable and high-quality outcomes.
- Uphold stringent confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive claim information.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines on information security and disclosure.
Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
- Prior experience conducting research using open-source data.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for clear documentation of investigative results.
- Proficiency with computers including fast typing skills, adept use of search functions, and keyboard shortcuts.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities to handle complex investigations.
- Adaptability to new technologies and evolving system processes.
- Reliable and secure internet connection, essential due to the remote nature of the role.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of 20 USD.
