Overview
This role is with a partner company seeking a Paid Social Analyst based in the United States. The position involves driving business growth by leveraging data-focused paid social media strategies to enhance advertising campaign performance across major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and refine paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Devise media buying approaches aimed at maximizing revenue, overall performance, and return on ad spend.
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data to detect optimization opportunities, and stimulate growth.
- Strategically manage advertising budgets to align spending with business goals.
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative output, and campaign frameworks to enhance results.
- Interpret complex performance data into understandable insights and advice for stakeholders and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategic, and production units to improve campaign effectiveness using data-driven methods.
- Handle multiple high-budget campaigns, maintaining targets related to performance and revenue.
- Stay informed about the latest paid social trends, new platform features, and innovative advertising possibilities.
- Support reporting by producing clear summaries of performance and actionable recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in digital advertising, paid social media marketing, or direct response marketing.
- Demonstrated ability managing large-budget paid social campaigns, including monthly spends over $1 million.
- Expert knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent quantitative reasoning and the ability to analyze performance trends.
- Proficiency with Excel and advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with the skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to convey technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability to function effectively in a remote setting adhering to Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Bonus qualifications include familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence or analytics tools.
- Experience on other advertising channels like TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Pinterest is desirable.
- Background working alongside creative teams or knowledge of social media content creation is advantageous.
