About the Role

As an Outlet Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your presence helps brighten each guest's day by ensuring they feel valued from arrival to departure. This role involves delivering top-notch service to help make every guest's stay memorable and comfortable.

Daily Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, handle reservation processes, and organize seating efficiently.
• Support service personnel by preparing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Provide attentive and courteous service, address guest questions effectively, and enhance their dining enjoyment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Uphold brand standards by maintaining excellent personal grooming and ensuring a tidy outlet environment.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and clean space for guests.

Qualifications and Core Values
