About the Role

Global Consulting Services Abroad Education invites applications for the position of Telecaller focused on student counselling and admissions primarily for MBBS programs abroad. Candidates will interact with prospective students and parents, guiding them through the course details, university options, admission criteria, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting potential students and parents regarding admissions for MBBS abroad courses.
• Providing detailed explanations on courses, university affiliations, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.
• Following up regularly with interested prospects and maintaining clear communication channels.
• Converting inquiries into scheduled counselling sessions and successful admissions.
• Keeping accurate records of leads and follow-ups for tracking purposes.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication abilities in English and Telugu; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Open to fresh graduates with a positive mindset.
• Experience in telecalling, educational counselling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Motivated and target-driven with a willingness to succeed.
