About the Role
Star Eye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Telecallers for their office located at A-30, 3rd Floor, Sector 63, Noida. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month with additional performance-based incentives. Work schedule is Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Generate prospective leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Comprehend client needs to offer appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client service delivery.
- Keep accurate client records and update follow-up actions diligently.
- Meet assigned targets while maintaining daily activity reports.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Applicants can be graduates or undergraduates.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Confidence in client interaction and handling.
