Overview
We seek skilled and confident individuals for the position of Outbound Sales Executive working on US and UK voice processes. Fluency in English and strong communication abilities are essential to excel in this international sales role. Key Responsibilities
- Engage outbound calls in US/UK markets aiming to achieve sales targets.
- Effectively communicate product and service benefits to potential customers.
- Build strong rapport and convert leads through persuasive sales techniques.
- Maintain positive attitude and meet daily and monthly objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills are mandatory.
- 6 to 12 months of experience in BPO handling US or UK voice processes.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with confidence in customer engagement.
- Target driven mindset and eagerness to learn and improve.
Compensation & Location
Monthly salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 depending on interview outcome and experience. Additional performance-based incentives with unlimited earning potential are offered. The work location is Mohali, with preference given to local candidates.
