Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager fluent in Arabic to spearhead change initiatives aligned with IT implementations in our organization, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role entails crafting strategies that facilitate smooth technology adoption while addressing employee and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that align with IT deployment goals and ensure seamless transition.
- Engage key stakeholders to understand their concerns, gather feedback, and articulate the benefits of new IT systems to secure support.
- Perform detailed impact assessments to evaluate effects on business units, processes, and personnel, formulating mitigation approaches for challenges.
- Create clear communication plans to relay project milestones, IT changes, and advantages across all organizational levels, ensuring transparency.
- Design and execute training initiatives that equip employees with skills needed for new IT processes and systems.
- Identify resistance to change and proactively manage it through addressing concerns, correcting misconceptions, and supporting employees during transitions.
- Assess organizational readiness for change and implement measures to improve preparedness, minimizing disruptions during IT rollouts.
- Set up OCM governance frameworks to oversee change initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and adjust plans to enhance adoption success.
- Collaborate closely with IT project teams to integrate change management activities within project execution phases.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Demonstrable expertise in Business Change Consulting, particularly in Organizational Change Management.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in change management roles.
