Oracle CRM Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CRM Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and tailoring Oracle CRM solutions that meet business demands. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with Oracle CRM modules and demonstrate strong technical proficiency to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle CRM applications according to business requirements.
• Handle Oracle CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Data Management.
• Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, triggers, procedures, and workflows.
• Integrate Oracle CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Conduct system testing, debugging tasks, and improve performance.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability.
• Document technical processes and uphold best practices throughout development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in Oracle CRM development.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite CRM modules.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is advantageous.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud is desirable.
• Adept problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
