Position Overview
We are seeking an Operative Technical Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Berlin. This role offers a structured yet flexible work environment, tailored to fit your life while ensuring smooth operations in the surgical department.
Responsibilities and Work Environment
- Participate actively in surgical procedures, maintaining oversight to guarantee seamless operation room workflows.
- Manage organizational tasks to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient planning.
Candidate Profile
- Completed OTA training or nursing professional with a focus on operating room tasks.
- Experienced with sterile procedures, instruments, and surgical technology.
- Capable of working independently with strong organizational and responsibility skills to prevent disorder.
- Collaborative team player who values good communication with colleagues and patients.
- Additional qualifications or experience in operative technical assistance is a plus.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
