Key Responsibilities

• Safely conduct daily operational tasks following standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to all established rules and update work methods as new procedures are introduced.
• Handle decommissioning, tagging, and preparation of process equipment for maintenance handover.
• Assist with loading arm and hose connections as well as ship/shore access ladder operations.
• Manage incident cases promptly and report all to the next level of management without delay.
• Use mandatory protective equipment and practices to maintain a safe environment and personal wellbeing.
• Carry out all terminal operations in compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Meet customer expectations by providing timely service and managing internal customer inquiries effectively.
• Respond proactively to customer complaints with proper corrective measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Entry level position suitable for candidates holding a diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledgeable about petroleum and chemical products processed at the terminal.
• Familiarity with terminal operating systems across the control room, tank farm, and jetties areas.
• Understanding of terminal equipment, assets, and emergency protocols including fire-fighting.
• Well-versed in operational procedures and safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Committed to compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
