Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the entirety of workshop operations and kiosk execution from work order reception to final dispatch. This role requires managing the Assembly Team and collaborating with Purchase, Finance, Sales, Design/Production, and Logistics departments to maintain quality, timelines, and process flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and plan execution for incoming Work Orders, maintaining trackers and ensuring full ownership until dispatch.
• Allocate assembly tasks to team members, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Verify material availability, generate Material Requisition Notes for shortages, coordinate with Purchase, and track material delivery impacting timelines.
• Supervise daily workshop operations, prioritize projects, optimize manpower, resolve bottlenecks, and uphold workflow discipline.
• Conduct comprehensive quality and functional inspections of completed kiosks to guarantee adherence to Work Orders prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Finance to confirm payment clearance for Work Orders before permitting shipment and manage dispatch holds if necessary.
• Manage logistics by arranging transport based on delivery requirements, liaising with vendors, overseeing packing, loading, and ensuring secure handover to logistics partners.
• Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, transport receipts, customer-specific documents, and installation papers as applicable; ensure complete closure of Work Orders post dispatch.

Workflow Process Ownership

The Operations Manager shall independently manage all phases: from Work Order receipt, material checks, procurement follow-up, assembly assignment and execution, quality verification, finance clearance, packing, logistics, documentation, dispatch up to final Work Order closure.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.B.A. or B.M.S. degree specializing in Operations.
