Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support and grow our growing collection of restaurants in Ireland, including locations in Dublin, Belfast, Liffey Valley, Dundrum, and Belfast Victoria Square and the O2 Centre. This role is more than management; it is a leadership opportunity to shape the future of our brand across Ireland by guiding general managers, enhancing team performance, and creating vibrant restaurant experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Wagamama restaurants and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Support and coach general managers to maximize their potential and performance.
• Create engaging, welcoming environments energized by staff who are motivated and supported.
• Engage actively in both front-of-house operations and the financial and operational metrics behind the scenes.
• Take initiative to drive improvements and innovations that positively impact business and experience.
• Collaborate with the property team to identify and develop new restaurant locations in Cork, Galway, Dublin, and beyond.
• Lead projects from initial site evaluations to successful restaurant openings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of €90,000 with a generous car allowance.
• Quarterly bonus potential of over 30%.
