What you will do

• Take charge of everyday business activities and make sure work is completed efficiently and productively.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Previous work experience in operations management or another leadership position with similar responsibilities.
• Strong ability to lead teams, stay organized, and make sound decisions.
• Clear communication skills along with a practical approach to solving problems.
• Comfort working on several priorities at once in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Prior exposure to process improvement and performance management would be an advantage.
