Key Duties

• Take charge of the operational workflow from initial enquiry to post-event evaluation for their diverse booking portfolio.
• Continuously assess and refine operational systems and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Handle procurement activities, client communications, support, and staff training programs.
• Manage and oversee product pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with international suppliers, particularly across the Mediterranean.
• Maintain high standards of customer service organization-wide.
• Lead and develop a team comprising travel planners and sales professionals, including conducting coaching, training, and performance assessments.
