About the Role and Company

CitizenShip & Co., a distinguished advisory firm specializing in Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), and Corporate Services, leverages AI-driven operations and modern technology to offer an exceptional client experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven Operations Executive to be a core support in our operational activities based in Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of all investment migration programmes offered, including Türkiye, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, and Saint Lucia.
  • Stay updated on government notices, policy modifications, application timelines, eligibility, fees, investment alternatives, and programme alterations.
  • Conduct ongoing research on new global immigration opportunities and developments in investment migration.
  • Develop and regularly update internal guidelines, SOPs, knowledge bases, and other operational documents.
  • Support consultants by preparing accurate client files and verifying documentation before submission to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage client communications professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels, including scheduling consultations and following up on documentation.
  • Maintain CRM database (Zoho CRM) by recording inquiries, tracking client interactions and sales pipeline stages, and generating reports to ensure no lead is missed.
  • Oversee office operations such as coordination of meetings, managing calendars, office supplies, vendor relations, and maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Employ automation and recommend technical solutions to improve workflows and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, visa and Emirates ID processing, recordkeeping, attendance, and payroll support.
  • Manage finance-related tasks including invoicing, payroll assistance, business payments processing via Wio Business, expense record maintenance, bookkeeping with Zoho Books, and daily financial administration.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools daily and integrate AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in operations, administration, immigration consultancy, HR, finance support, or corporate services.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional communication etiquette across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity or experience with Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Wio Business Banking, Adobe Acrobat, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and document management systems is highly advantageous.
  • Industry experience in Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, immigration consultancy, corporate services, legal, or financial services is preferred.

Working Hours and Additional Details
