About the Role

Quality Classrooms in Winnipeg, MB, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment processes. This vital position ensures timely, accurate product deliveries while maintaining effective communication with suppliers, warehouse teams, customer service, and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment from initial receipt to final delivery.
• Track order schedules and promptly resolve any delays or bottlenecks.
• Keep ERP transactions and inventory information precise and up to date.
• Assist with procurement tasks and liaise with suppliers.
• Organize inbound and outbound shipments coordinating with carriers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or restock timelines.
• Address and resolve issues related to logistics, delivery, inventory, or products.
• Support inventory audits, reporting tasks, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in logistics, inventory control, procurement, supply chain coordination or operational support.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with skill in juggling various priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to data precision.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for purchasing, inventory, and order tracking.
• Prior experience handling purchasing coordination and supplier relationship management.
• Exposure to inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Knowledge of coordinating freight, shipping, or transportation logistics.
