About Founders Capital
Founders Capital is a fast-growing, community-driven investment platform that connects founders, operators, and investors with high-quality private market deals across Europe and the US. The company structures investments deal-by-deal through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and nominee vehicles, offering access to investment stages ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO. As a regulated firm by the FCA and expanding its reach across the UK, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and the US, Founders Capital is currently scaling its operational and platform capabilities.
The Role
The Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Head of Operations to manage daily business functions. This multifaceted, hands-on position covers six key areas: deal execution, platform and operations management, compliance and investor onboarding, support (both internal and external), reporting and data oversight, and coordination of legal and documentation processes. The role requires involvement across all these areas, including facilitating investment transactions, upholding operational workflows, coordinating documentation, helping with compliance and KYC procedures, responding to inquiries, and enhancing operational systems.
The position balances structured tasks with self-directed projects, requiring ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to improve processes. The work involves reactive tasks driven by ongoing deal flows as well as proactive initiatives to optimize efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Professional experience of 1–2 years, preferably in Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities, both written and oral
- Self-driven, capable of independently managing responsibilities
- Analytically adept with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Quick learner of new systems and software tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for startups, venture capital, private markets, and investing
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Airtable, Softr, or Make is advantageous but not mandatory
Work Environment and Growth
The selected candidate will engage directly with senior management, gaining valuable exposure to venture investing, deal administration, compliance procedures, operational activities, and organizational development. This role promises hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility, along with substantial growth opportunities as Founders Capital continues its expansion. The position is London-based with a hybrid work setup.
