Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Operation Manager to actively contribute to the "One Operations" initiative. This role is central to the company's ongoing development toward an integrated, high-performance, and multidisciplinary production organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the entire operations encompassing production areas such as Wet End, Finishing, and Cutting.
- Plan production activities within the manufacturing departments.
- Drive continuous enhancement of efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Lead and cultivate teams and managerial staff.
- Manage the full production processes end-to-end.
- Improve throughput times, cost efficiency, and inventory management.
- Integrate production with logistics, technical services, and quality assurance.
- Advance Lean Management practices and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Establish full end-to-end responsibility for the entire operational value creation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience within industrial production settings.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and value-adding processes.
- Strong execution capability and decisive decision-making skills.
- Structured and solution-focused approach to work.
- Fluency in German and English at the C1 proficiency level.
