Role Overview

Join Woolworths Group as an Online Manager, taking charge of your department with complete leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your department's daily functions, collaborating closely with store leadership and team members.
  • Plan effectively to ensure your team meets order picking demands and delivers accurate, timely orders to customers.
  • Promote a safe work environment by adhering to proper safety procedures and protocols.
  • Create an inclusive and engaging atmosphere that encourages team members to be authentic while maintaining a consistently positive shopping experience.

Working Hours

The current roster covers Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 7:00 AM and finishing at 4:00 PM.
